1. Services Provided

By paying the deposit, you are booking a clinical consultation for services such as weight management, travel health or ear microsuction at Waverley Pharmacy. This fee covers the professional time of the pharmacist.

2. Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable £20 deposit is required to secure your appointment slot. This £20 will be deducted from the final cost of any vaccinations or treatments provided during your visit. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; we do not store your financial details.

3. Accuracy of Information

You agree that all medical history, medication, and allergy information provided in the registration form is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Waverley Pharmacy is not liable for issues arising from withheld or incorrect medical information.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or "no-shows," will result in the forfeiture of your £20 deposit.

5. Clinical Discretion

The payment of a deposit does not guarantee that a specific vaccination or treatment will be administered. The pharmacist reserves the right to refuse treatment based on clinical assessment or safety concerns.
